Exposing our students to careers in Neuroscience

The PSAT Academy Neuroscience Program was designed to expose high schools students to college-level courses in neuroscience, careers in neuroscience and clinic rotations in neurodiagnostics.

Students will start with the fundamental unit of neuroscience – the Neuron. From there students will delve in neuron structure and function, neuron communication, nervous system organization, actions potentials, neurotransmitters, sensory and motor systems, neuropharmacology, neurophysiology, clinical neurology, neurodiagnostics and clinical rotations.
